I’m overloading you with smoothie recipes, but I just love them! For breakfast or as a healthy snack… Just love a good glass of a cold, creamy, silky, yummy, smoothie! So here’s another one I made myself for breakfast!
This smoothie is made with a mix of nutmilk and coconutmilk. The coconutmilk gives it a creamy and ‘fatty’ texture and also adds lots of flavour! The nutmilk (you can replace it with water (or coconutwater) if you like) makes it a little more ‘liquid’ and drinkable.
I also added a scoopful of wheatgerms, they’re good for your digestion because they are high in fibers. This makes you feel saturated after drinking the smoothie as well.
Mango Smoothie
- 1 small mango, or 1/2 large mango
- 100 ml coconutmilk
- 100 ml nutmilk (I used almondmilk)
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of wheatgerms
- 1 scoop of shredded coconut
Put the mango, banana, coconutmilk and the almondmilk in a blender and blend until smooth.
Poor into a glass and stir in a scoopful of wheatgerms, garnish with the shredded coconut.
