Just an easy breakfast smoothie with fruits and cacao to get you going and some almondbutter to give you that saturated feeling for a while and to give you those healthy proteins, minerals and fats!
Forest Fruit and Chocolate Smoothie.
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of mixed, frozen, forest fruit
- 1 tbsp cacaonibs
- 1 tbsp cacaopowder
- 1/2 tbsp almondbutter
- 200 ml coconut-rice milk (alpro)
- 1 tbsp muesli (unsweetened)
Mix all the ingredients (except the muesli) with a handmixer into a creamy smoothie. Pour into a glass or bowl and sprinkle the muesli on top.
