Mango-Coriander Smoothie

Mango, Pepper and Coriander pair great together I think! Time to blend this golden flavour combination into a smoothie! Thanks to the coconut water this smoothie will hydrate you as well. Great as breakfast to get you going in the morning or as a pre-work out snack.


Mango-Coriander Smoothie.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 small Mango or 1/2 Mango if you have a large Mango
  • handful of fresh Coriander leaves
  • 150 ml of Coconut water
  • dash of Cayenne pepper
  • Optional: I also added two spoons of coconut oil and some hemp-proteinpowder as a counterweight to the carbs and sugars of the fruits.

Just add all the ingredients to a mixing cup or a blender and blend until smooth.
